Get outside this summer! Learn to rock climb on the sheer cliffs of Devil's Lake, sleep under the stars, paddle a canoe along the bluffs and sandy banks of the Wisconsin River. This is not your typical summer camp.
We're excited to offer Adventure Camp for middle and high school students, a week of learning outdoor skills and life skills while experiencing the dramatic geography of Southern Wisconsin. (All just a few hours drive from the Chicago-area!) The focus of the week will be developing leadership skills through real scenarios and experience-based learning. You'll set up a basecamp and rock climb for a couple days before setting off on an overnight canoe trip along the lower Wisconsin River. Camp on sandbars, learn the basics of cooking, shelter, fire, and survival in the outdoors, and develop leadership and teamwork skills in the process.
Includes transportation, all meals & snacks, climbing & canoeing professional instruction, group camping & cooking gear, climbing & canoeing gear. Personal camping gear upon request.
