Looking for an adventure that encompasses the challenge of wilderness as well as time for relaxing in the stillness and beauty of a pristine environment? Canoe the lakes and rivers of northern Minnesota's Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. We'll travel from lake to lake along portage routes and river trails that have been used by Native Americans and Voyageur Fur Traders centuries ago. You'll hear the haunting call of the loon at dusk in a land that's home to moose, lynx, bear, and the timber wolf.

Get out into nature with a close-to-home paddle along the Des Plaines River. We'll teach a short canoeing course before heading out for a few hours on the water. We'll paddle through forest preserves, protected wetlands, quiet neighborhoods, and you'll feel a million miles from your everyday hassles. Includes short class from our certified staff and a shuttle to the put-in.
